NOTE: As this is a full-suspension bike, we recommend that you do periodic maintenance on the front and rear suspension. For the DFS/DNM shock combo, that period is once every two years. For all other types of suspension, annual maintenance is once every year. The materials typically cost no more than $39, but it can take two hours’ worth of labor to do this at your local bike shop. Most bike shops shouldn’t charge more than $250 for this maintenance, however, the ones in the USA may be unwilling to work on the DFS/DNM or Öhlins suspension. This maintenance is complimentary with your purchase for the first 20 years.
