Description
What the xie dynasty wants to do is to purchase the rights to various textbooks and research papers (with STEM textbooks taking priority) and release them to the public for free
Although free learning materials do exist, they aren’t as good as the paid versions, as they are mostly just built by volunteers (or are ad-supported) in their spare time. However, what the xie dynasty can do, is we can start paying professional software developers around the world to accelerate the development of these free software bundles.
Note that this is no small project, as even Harvard (with it’s many billions of dollars) couldn’t even afford the rights for their own professors to view the research papers necessary for their research projects, much less being able to afford to release that knowledge to the general public. But we can start small by collaborating with Bookboon
