EarthLink and AT&T currently offer 5Gbps fiber internet in various places in the USA and there are even faster plans if you don’t mind paying for them.

Also includes the ability to heat/cool each of the different bedrooms and bathrooms to different temperatures. So you can turn up the heat right before you take a shower and then not have to freeze when you’re done, all while not affecting the temperature in the rest of the home.

For safety, you have the option to upgrade to FLIR camera-based fire detectors, for $2000 per room. This system will detect a fire almost instantly while the resolution is still very low that it will not be as big of a privacy issue. If you are still worried about privacy, you can limit the system to only monitor certain parts of the home, such as the living room as opposed to the bathrooms and kitchens, or simply use a shutter to physically block the cameras while you change.
