Description

Materials like steel and wood are getting cheaper every decade. So why haven’t houses?
The price is under $140/sqft in California and under $120/sqft in Texas. It includes labor, setting up electricity and plumbing, and the architect’s design fee. It does not include the lot you will build it on or HOA fees. This price is only guaranteed for houses above 5000 sqft. For smaller houses, we might charge additional fees.

These competitive rates are possible because these houses are 90% completed in China first, and then the last 10% of the construction is built by those wildly expensive contractors in your state. Additionally, these houses are hurricane- and earthquake-resistant, use modern, long-lasting materials on the floor and sink, and have bullet-resistant options as well.

Chinese houses use very solid walls, and I’m sure they will last longer and be safer than the typical house in the USA

A 70,000-square-foot house on the outskirts of most Chinese cities could be worth less than $2m due to the cheap, yet efficient labor in China

These custom houses also come with fiber optic cabling to every bedroom and living room, as well as WiFi 6E routers hidden in the ceilings. This is so you can enjoy the fastest WiFi speeds possible in the entire house even as technology improves over the next few decades without having to perform expensive renovations – fiber optic cables haven’t changed for decades and can currently offer speeds of up to 800Gbit/s with current, off the shelf equipment – you only need to upgrade the lasers and the WiFi routers every 5 years or so
EarthLink and AT&T currently offer 5Gbps fiber internet in various places in the USA and there are even faster plans if you don’t mind paying for them.
Also includes the ability to heat/cool each of the different bedrooms and bathrooms to different temperatures, so you can turn up the heat right before you take a shower and then not have to freeze when you’re done, all while not affecting the temperature in the rest of the home.
Ask for a free upgrade to a high-tech variable-speed air conditioner too, as well as an energy-saving adjustable fresh air intake in the HVAC system that is more environmentally friendly than simply opening the windows for fresh air.
For safety, you have the option to upgrade to FLIR camera-based fire detectors (with adjustable sensitivity), for $2000 per room. This system will detect a fire almost instantly while the resolution is still so low that it will not be as big of a privacy issue. If you are still worried about privacy, you can limit the system to only monitor certain parts of the home, such as the living room as opposed to the bathrooms and kitchens, or simply use a shutter to physically block the cameras while you change.

All exterior windows are highly resistant to hurricanes and attempted break-ins, and block noise from nearby highways, airplanes, and the run of the mill noisy neighbors (college frat parties, etc.)

Also, all the lighting in the house is done with super bright, dimmable, high-quality, 99+ CRI LEDs
Ethical factory check: the average worker in the Chinese factory making this product makes around $14000 US Dollars per year
