This server shelf takes 16 state-of-the-art 256-core HiSilicon ARMv8-A CPU chiplets (think: 32 smartphone CPU chiplets bonded to one giant chip, x16, with a network-on-chip architecture, similar to how the Sunway CPUs work), for 4096 CPU cores total.

Comes with Discrete TPM 2.0

TDP is only 8000W and uses liquid cooling, so it weighs much less than a traditional server rack of the same performance due to the extreme energy efficiency of the CPU here
